Visitors

All visitors are welcome to train with us.

Please follow the below steps to sign up for a visitor pass

First time visiting:

  1. Register via the button below and select the DayPass option you’d like to sign up for (see below for options).

  2. You can pre-book any sessions you want to attend, once logged into your account.

  3. Our only requirement is that you sign in to our system upon arrival. We’ll show you how to do this before your first session.

  4. All that’s left to do now is turn up to the class you’ve selected 15 minutes before it’s scheduled to begin.

  5. Note - footwear is required to be worn at all times within the gym but NOT on the mats.

Previously Visited:​

  1. Sign in to the account you created when you previously visited.

  2. Select the drop-in option you’d like to add to your account and pay for it.

  3. You don’t need to book in to any sessions.

  4. All that’s left to do now is turn up to the class or open mat you’ve selected 15 minutes before it’s scheduled to begin.

FAQs...

What do I wear to your classes?
This is a very common question and will differ depending on the class you choose. For your first class, a pair of shorts and a T-Shirt will do just fine. If you are wanting to do BJJ, then a Gi will be required, but we don't expect you to have it for your first class. We also train bare foot, so no shoes are allowed on the mats for hygiene reasons. 

Do I need to book a class in advance?
Yes, when you sign up for a daypass you will be given the option to book into a class. Once signed up you are welcome to come along to any of our classes.

I am a complete beginner, what class is best for me?
We have beginners classes on Monday, wednesday and Thursday. All our classes are mixed levels and open to beginners. Just pop along to any class that suits you.  

Do you offer free trials?
We currently offer a day pass for new starters. 

Is there parking at your facility?
There is free parking outside the gym.

Do you have a monthly option?
We have monthly options for kids at £38 and adults from £80 a month, we also offer a family membership!
