Class Structure
We split our classes by age group:

Ages 5–7

Ages 8–12
Each 45–60 minute class includes:

Fun warm-up games

Movement drills and technique practice

Light, supervised sparring to apply techniques learned

Getting Started
Your child must be 5 years or older to attend.
For the first session, a t-shirt and shorts are fine. If your child decides to continue, a Gi and belt will be needed — our team will help you with sizing and where to buy one affordably.
